WellMind Core is a blood-based testing package designed to give you and your healthcare provider additional insight into factors associated with Alzheimer’s disease.

The test includes two important pieces of information:

pTau-217 Blood Biomarker
pTau-217 is a blood biomarker associated with amyloid changes seen in Alzheimer’s disease. Your result can help your healthcare provider assess whether Alzheimer’s-related brain pathology may be more or less likely and determine whether additional evaluation may be appropriate.

GenoRisk™ Genetic Risk Assessment
GenoRisk looks at multiple inherited genetic variants associated with Alzheimer’s disease and provides a personalized genetic risk score. It also includes your APOE genotype. This information reflects inherited, non-modifiable genetic risk and does not determine whether you currently have or will develop Alzheimer’s disease.
