Wellmind Neurofilament Light (Nf-L) is a blood test to quantify NfL in plasma to assist in the clinical assessment of neurological disorders. NfL is a nonspecific biomarker for axonal degeneration; elevated NfL levels are associated with a range of neurological disorders including AD, ALS, MS, FTD, and TBI.
