pTau-217 Blood Biomarker
pTau-217 is a blood biomarker associated with amyloid changes seen in Alzheimer’s disease. Your result can help your healthcare provider assess whether Alzheimer’s-related brain pathology may be more or less likely and determine whether additional evaluation may be appropriate.

NfL, Neurofilament Light
NfL is a marker of injury or damage to nerve cells. Elevated levels may be seen with neurodegenerative disease, traumatic brain injury, surgery, and other medical conditions. Because NfL is not specific to Alzheimer’s disease, results should always be considered alongside your medical history and other clinical findings.

GFAP, Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein
GFAP is a biomarker associated with activity in astrocytes, cells that help support and protect the brain. Changes in GFAP may provide additional information about neuroinflammation and other processes affecting brain health. GFAP levels can also vary with age and certain medical or lifestyle factors.

GenoRisk™ Genetic Risk Assessment
GenoRisk evaluates multiple inherited genetic variants associated with Alzheimer’s disease and provides a personalized genetic risk score. It also includes your APOE genotype. This information reflects inherited, non-modifiable genetic risk and does not determine whether you currently have or will develop Alzheimer’s disease.
